■ Instructions for Paper Submission:

1. Seminar on the theme “Sustainable Smart Cities: Urban Nature, Culture, AI,” we sincerely invite authors to submit papers that discuss their research findings, projects, surveys, industry experiences, and significant developments in each subfield.

2. Submission and Review Process, Schedule, and Notification of Results: Submitted papers will be reviewed according to the following procedure.
(Authors from each country are requested to follow the submission schedule and procedure specified by their respective national planning societies.)

(1) Please send the Word electronic files of the Abstract and Application Sheet via email to [email protected] ，with the Subject: 2025ICAPPS Abstract Submission_author name。
(2) Submission of abstracts: March 24 – April 25, 2025
(3) Notification of acceptance of abstracts: May 9, 2025
(4) Submission of Full Paper: May 28 – June 18, 2025
(5) Notification of acceptance of Full Paper: July 7, 2025
(6) Registration: July 7 – August 4, 2025
(7) Originality of Submission:
The submitted paper must represent new and original work. Papers that have been published or accepted for publication in any journal or conference, or are currently under review, or will be submitted to other conferences or publications during the review process, are not allowed to be submitted to ICAPPS 2025.

3. Please refer to the attached “Abstract_sample”， for the writing format, and complete the attached “Application Sheet,” indicating your contact phone number and email.

4. Presentation:
All accepted papers will be published in the ICAPPS Digital Library and accessible via QR code.
Each paper must have one registered author who will present it in person at ICAPPS 2025, either through an oral presentation or a poster display.
